I highly recommend Paul Pardue for any position. He is extremely versatile and has a wide range of skills. What he doesn't know he will learn because Paul is driven to learn new things. He is an extremely dedicated and reliable employee, and he is a team player. As his supervisor I was a better employee because of the support and education I received from Paul. He enjoys thinking outside the box and coming up with creative solutions. Paul is capable of coming at a challenge from many different perspectives and works hard to solve problems and increase efficiency. He works well with others and seeks, accepts, and incorporates feedback. He is willing and able to take charge of a project and supervise others, but he is just as willing to follow directions and work as a strong team member.
